Recently I came across this school where the kids are literally wearing gum boots to school. The headmaster obviously felt shame but wasn’t very apologetic about it.
The kids toilets is full of mud and filth which they are expected to use in this condition.
The path ways into the classroom and the doorway is also full of mud leading one to only imagine what these kids think while learning in their wet, muddy and cold clothes in a darkened filthy classroom. Many people actually don’t know how cold Morocco gets during the rain season and winter, the cold literally penetrates into your bones and hurts.
This is not how children should be learning, the fact that teachers here are severely under qualified and don’t understand the difference between teaching and barking at children.
I have no other words at the moment!
